I find some Pi fans really delusional...or just a bit demented in the head. I like Keiko. She's sweet and smart.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't find anything wrong with Maki or Gakki or Masami...or most actresses either.


I'm also the kind of fan that doesn't get her heart broken if her idol kisses another girl (hello, Shige!), or goes on rampages if her idol didn't get a lead but still gets to be in dramas (hello, Ryo!), or sprouts dislikes for rumored (past) girlfriends (hello, Yamapi!).

I hate how some people already cast this drama aside as boring. Have they never watched Pride? Sports/love dramas can be interesting. I have faith.

I now have 3 must-watch dramas for this summer. Nagase, TakkixRyo and now Yamapi.

I don't think most people got the memo that Yamapi sported a Golden Afro during the PV also.


They think that's his new hairstyle....for real.

I remember when Kimutaku had straight blonde hair for the talk portion at MS and then it morphed into a blonde curly afro for the performance, but people didn't go "OMG!!!! NO!!!  O___O!!!".

Some people are complaining that NEWS will get to appear on Music Station next Friday to promote their new single Koi no ABO and that Kanjani8 won't be on there to promote their new album Puzzle. They regard it as JE showing favoritism towards NEWS and that Kanjani8, once again, gets less promotion.


QUESTION:

Did NEWS promote Color on Music Station or any other music/talk shows? Or KAT-TUN for their QoP album? I thought JE normally doesn't promote albums, only singles. I may be wrong though. Someone enlighten me?

I wish for his health and happiness. nothing more. nothing less. He's already an amazing person, and with every adjustment he makes to his drive or character, it'll only be for the better. I hope this year Pi will be surprised by his friends again. After a surplus of sad and perplex jwebs this year, I hope there are people in his life who have the ability to lift him up when he's down. SMILE MORE BB.

I've been watching tons of movies lately. American ones, at that. lol. My sister came home for winter break and we decided to watch Bridge to Terabithia.....and OMG!, this movie is so precious. It made me cry buckets because it brought back so much memories that have been repressed in my hippocampus. For those who haven't read the book or watched the movie, I won't spoil them.

Instead, I'll share the movie ♥

Shimizu Shota is one of my favorite Japanese singers. He performed at Apollo's Theater in NYC before officially debuting in Japan. What makes that interesting is that Apollo's Theater is known for Showtime at the Apollo where people of different ethnic backgrounds come to perform in front of mainly local audiences that are known to be quite frank with their responses. Shimizu Shota is set to go back and perform at Apollo's Theater later this year. He is a man of talent and his voice is BEAUTIFUL. If you happen to read my profile, you would know that R&B is my original taste in music before NEWS took over lol.

I can't seem to find his discography anywhere on LJ so I succumbed to downloading his songs from random places on the internet. These singles don't have the instrumentals. ENJOY!!

♥ I LOVE GINZA RHAPSODY ♥

I can't wait to see RnK. I seriously need  a dose of Nino, Ryo and Erika. I like Erika after seeing her in Code Blue because she showed versatility as an actress and had substance for once. Her characters were too annoying to like in Hanadan season 2, Liar Game and in Death Note which did her no justice.  Hopefully, RnK will continue to redeem her as an actress.

As for Ryo, what can I say? I'm the most excited to see him because this will be the first role he'll have in which he'll deviate from the typecasted quiet & dark or the quiet & emotional roles. Also, I'm glad he changed his hairstyle. And Ryo, why so shy? I jus want to hug him after seeing RnK promotions. Omg, he really made me like him so much more because of his shyness. It's something I don't quite understand so it makes me want to pet him. He's like a baby tiger. vulnerable and but can be dangerous and lash out at times LOL.

And Nino. One of my favorite Johnnys actors. I miss seeing him onscreen <3

As for Boa, I have mixed feeling about her American/Worldwide debut. I wish she had a signature. I know that her thing is being sexy with killer dance moves. But her image reminds me of Ciara, especially in the new PV I just saw. It just screams Ciara but with a typical bland song. It's a song that is easy on the ears but would not make me want to find out who the singer is if I were to happen to hear it on the radio. Her voice was okay in a generic song. Her dancing was good but again, where's the signature move? People make it big in America because they can be different or have a strong appeal to a core audience. Boa ended up fitting into an already made mold with a bit of an Asian face tweaking. I whole-heartedly wish she can break through the racist barrier that is American music industry, and I am resign in hoping that her next effort will be more well thought out. 

 I just came back from a 2 days 2 nights cross-country road trip  and my body and mind are both completely depleted. After sleeping for 29739257 hours, I think I'm alive now lol. There's so much to catch up with NEWS and I don't even know where to start. I've only managed to go to NEWShFAN's page and downloaded some Pi/Tego/NEWS clips so I'm REALLY HAPPY now =D

 I got my Kurosagi DVD this morning~!!! It's so pretty and shiny (literally). It was wrapped in light green tissue paper lol. Anyways, I spazzed for a little bit because of how pretty Pi looked on the DVD case and cover......and that I also got a mini Kurosagi pouch. I wonder if that's the "chalk bag"?



I haven't ran into any uploaded extras from Disc 2 (except for the Pi interview from yamapi85 ),

So I decided to rip and upload the backstage documentary part of Disc 2 and an interview Pi did with Naoto Takenaka (because Pi laughed a lot in that one). There were 13 chapters in all but most of it were press conferences or interviews. Tell me if you want me to rip/upload those too.
